Always greeted with a smile and willingness to help. For drop-offs or pick-ups, I've witness the professionalism towards those ahead of me. Today I clueless and needed to mail a frame across the country. Thank you Bella for being so patient and helpful. I'm proud of how this store service our community.

Best to avoid this store. They advertise notary services, but on 11/5/2022, they refused to notarize an absentee ballot (quite an important service) even though I called ahead to confirm a notary was on duty, which there was one in the store. “We don’t notarize ballots here.” There are other mail and notary services that are customer focused and more supportive of the communities that patronize them.

I have been here numerous times for Amazon returns. This last few times during August 2022 -- Amazon has switched up to a "package-less" return process -- and I no longer have to put shipping labels or repackage these items. That's great -- because Amazon has a bad habit of shipping electronic and electrical items in white plastic bags (aka trash bags) -- or sometimes no box or bag at all -- so I really have nothing to package these for "safe" shipping -- to get my money back.I had give Amazon a break for their politics coming out of these warehouses for over a year -- and they are worse about messing up your items now -- than ever before -- by improperly packaging them to ship. Do not even get me started on the Amazon delivery drivers and how they act with your packages.The UPS Package-less Amazon return process was awesome. Store is always busy -- as I usually go towards closing time -- and everyone else is there last minute as well. Employees always show professionalism no matter how crowded or how many packages you have for them to handle. It may also look like a wreck behind the counter -- but I have never had a problem getting my packages back to where they need to go.The store is usually staffed by one or two white females. I have seen them treat each and every customer with respect and courtesy -- no matter what. You will not get this level of service at the UPS hub on Patterson Avenue -- you will often get a rude black male and unprofessional service. I have seen it over and over again at Patterson Avenue. About 10 other people in line and myself even witnessed them drop and break a Latino male's shipment one day -- right before giving it to them over the counter -- all over a communication/language issue on why they were having to come to the hub to pick up their package to begin with. Just look up their Google review for more gut wrenching reviews about the Patterson Avenue UPS Hub.As for the closing hours and their attitudes at the UPS store location -- I had no problem what-so-ever -- unlike other service industry workers in Walkertown, NC. I even thought they closed early one day last week and was about to leave mad -- Then I seen the lady waving me to come on in -- only to find out this door is stuck -- really stuck -- like it is locked. I pulled on this door twice before peering in the window. I do not see any "mag"-lock's on this door -- so this is not a game they are playing to lock the door early or anything. The lady told me that it has been reported numerous times to the landlord.I appreciate this store making using UPS services -- a great experience. I just wish I did not have to make so many returns to Amazon because I feel like Amazon has killed everything once great about online shopping -- and shipping items to your home. I feel like they have abused USPS, UPS and Fedex and continue to do so -- every minute they can.

Last Friday, August 12th 2022, I arrived at this location at 8:25 a.m. and noticed they did not open until 8:30. It was 8:36 a.m. before the door was even opened and then I had to wait additional time for her to get the systems up and going. Today, August 19th 2022, I arrived at 11:20 a.m. and a sign on the door said they would be back at 11:30. I came back at 11:30 and she still had not opened the doors. Gave it a third try at 12:00 noon and she still had not opened the doors. I see numerous reviews stating the same issue so clearly there is a problem here that this establishments owner should address. This is a waste of your customers time which is very precious and for a lot of people using this establishment equals money seeing they are using shipping for their business purposes. I will surely be looking for a different establishment in the area to use versus this unprofessional and unreliable location.

If I could give zero I would!! Meredith was very rude and unprofessional. I have made several visits to this location but never have I been treated with such disrespect and to make matters worse this person showed how much of a racist she was. This girl was hidous she should never be allowed to work with customers. Corporate really needs to train people like her better.
