“So I have been reading all the reviews and I would like to say this the staff there goes way above to insure that they can get you in a car . When I visited North Carolina I seen first hand how they try their best to fir your needs. My thing is does the dings ,paint job or the scratches have anything to do with the way the engine runs? ? And also if your that unsatisfied why would you even agree to drive off the lot with it? And yes they should have to charge for being late does a bank let you slide ? No they don't the bigger companies charge you a full day's rental if you are late I have been in there when a customer has called (the adult thing to do) and say they was going to be late and the staff member says ok thank you for calling and if it's a reasonable excuse I have seen it and they waved the late charges I had just got brand new tires on my car and 3 weeks later had a flat because of a nail in the road so instead of a bad review how about a thank you for helping me with transportation when Noone else would go way above to make sure you are safe and in a good running car so big thank you to Crystal Jim Garselda hope I spelled her name right and Richard for helping these people when they had a time of need .”

“Despite the madness, and despite all of the things going wrong during the day, this place helped me find plenty of storage space, as well as helped me be able to access some tools to aid me in storing my stuff while I move. The staff was awesome and very helpful, as well as very supportive I was not afraid to help point in the direction when I needed a trailer they didn’t have on property. Other than that, they were awesome and very supportive, as well as very wonderful to do with. I could not be more thankful for folks like these.”
