They over charged me for every package I brought in by $1.50 for each package i brought in adding envelopes didn't buy. Then came in another day and said I couldn't bring as many packages (10) as I do with a limit of 3. I've never heard of a company complaining about getting buisness

I’ve had a very poor experience with this local post office since moving into my home a few months ago. We live on a busy street with our mailbox on the opposite side, which makes it dangerous to cross. When I inquired about moving the mailbox to a safer location, I was immediately told it wasn’t possible, without any further explanation or options provided. Even our mail carrier has expressed concerns about the safety of crossing the street to deliver packages that require signatures.
Seeking an alternative, I went to the post office to inquire about a PO Box. The teller, instead of being helpful, made it seem as though I couldn’t afford the $170/year cost, dismissively suggesting I stick with the unsafe situation. On top of that, when I brought in misdelivered mail to report the issue, she told me there was nothing she could do. Her only “solution” was to bundle the incorrect mail, leave a note for the driver, and request --or demand-- that only mail addressed to people with my last name be delivered to my address.
Her attitude was dismissive, and it was clear she wasn’t interested in assisting me or resolving the issues I was experiencing. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and unheard. I expected more professionalism and problem-solving from a public service office.

Every employee I’ve interacted with here has been so nice and helpful. Except one. Smart mouthed, rude, and entirely unhelpful. If you see the shorter haired lady with glasses, do yourself a favor and go to the next post office

Emily Emily Emily if you don’t want to work with the public there’s other options. You would probably be best working from home so you have as little contact with other humans as possible. Seeing the other reviews I now know it wasn’t just you didn’t like me, you don’t like anyone. Now you have a nice day now!

When returning products through sender return services -- be prepared for some smart mouthed employees that want to spout policies that are not followed by anyone else in their organization. If followed -- I would not be having to present my products to their counter -- for any returns.I have mis-shipped packages arrive at my home through USPS quite often lately -- and if they arrived through USPS -- they are going to leave via USPS. If this is a problem for the counter workers in Walkertown, NC -- they need to go find new jobs!!!Very rude and unprofessional for an already stressed out customer. This just happened in the last few weeks at this point. I had this happen with a return in 2021 -- and I let it go because of the Pandemic. Now with this happening again -- this boils down to hating their jobs and their "in-the-workplace" politics. You have got to stop treating your customers like you hate them.Update: I return approximately 2 weeks after this nasty 2022 visit -- naturally I am gritting my teeth -- and I had to look around several times to verify that I was in Walkertown, NC Post Office. The counter employees were different employees and it was like night and day -- how the atmosphere was. There was no tension -- no anything. I had to look around again to make sure I was in Walkertown. This return process was different and E-bay was telling me the Post Office would print my mailing labels for free! I had huge doubts about this -- as I have never seen this or heard of this before -- the Post Office do something for me for free? HAH!Oh my! They were so nice -- scanned barcodes from my e-mail -- labeled the packages and then provided a shipping receipt.Even told me to have a nice day this time.Get this though -- One of these people was having problems with sinuses and allergies and looked like they did not feel like being there -- BUT this was not the way they were acting or working/ They smiled through it and simply did their job. That is the way everyone used to be at work -- you were not dead or going to die -- so just grin and bear it.I appreciate the assistance and sorry you did not feel good. Hopefully they are just going through a bad day and I just happen to always show up on that day.Revising from 1-star to 3-star
