I cannot remember the gentleman’s name but I left a review on him about a month ago and it was removed. There was a foreign gentleman filling in in the pharmacy and he denied me my prescription. I was told that “He knew I would be okay” if I waited another week to receive my prescription. All of the other girls in the pharmacy were very helpful and got me my prescription as soon as his shift was over.

The pharmacist, Courtney, was so helpful . I had a general question about the difference in calamine and calahist when treating a baby with chickenpox. She was quick to come to the window and was very informative and personable. She helped me make an informed decision and offered additional advice on treatment with calamine lotion.

What good does it do to call pharmacy at Walgreens in walkertown you listen to music on hold for 10 minutes for them to pick up and hang up 3 x times today I'll move my shit

Just left Walgreens in Walkertown ,where I saw an item in the clearance for one price but It was actually a different price? None of the associates knew what the issue was. Nobody was willing to change the price for me for what it was labeled for? Just bad customer service!!! Do better Walgreens

My husband & I are both disabled & take a lot of meds. The folks in the Pharmacy at our Walgreens work very hard up against some really big problems like a national shortage of certain ingredients they need to produce particular medicines. People come to get their meds & they aren't ready, through no fault of the employees, but they are the ones taking the verbal beatings. It's not fair but when you're sick or hurting you just want to get your pills & go home to bed! Hopefully the shortages are soon over & folks will remember why they chose Walgreens in the first place!

Pharmacy area could be cleaned looks as it hasn't been cleaned in sometime you all are handling people's medication with dust flying everywhere paper in the floors it's not sanitary to be where they handle medical supplies

I had the nicest pharmacy employee help me get the lowest price on my meds 12 minutes before closing tonight.As a recent Medicaid recipient under NC's expansion, she took her time, with empathy, to guide me through my transaction.Customer service like that is hard to find!

Went this morning at 8:30a the door was locked, so I go to exit the parking lot but I look through the window and see the manager dive behind the counter so I stop and look at her peek over the counter to see if I’m gone and then she proceeds to crawl away, yes this is a true story her name is Sylvia and then I call and she answers the phone out of breath and lies to me when I ask her why she was hiding and says it wasn’t her and then proceeds to tell me she’s the only person in the store and yes I have her on video maybe she needs to be trained again or maybe another JOB ELSEWHERE, yes corporate was contacted
