i dont think there are as good with customers compared to other banks where people have to give them their license showing their address i went to the atm 1 time withdrew 40 it only gave me 20 when i checked in to get the money back they said i had to go through a lot of process to get it back so they take your money if you dont know exactly how to go through the process if this bank take enough money like that they are going to give that money back

Unethical. Before the merger, one of their tellers allowed an unauthorized person to clean out a disabled man's safety deposit box. Nothing was ever done about this, the bank covered it up.Literally stealing food out of the man and his child's mouth. If you have a vulnerable family member who needs to store their valuables, this is not the place to do it.

If you're in a rush don't stop by. There was only 1 car in front of me and whenever it was my turn the teller took forever. They can't blame it on payday rush bc it wasn't busy. I should've just went to Warsaw bbt instead.

The worst customer service I have ever received from a financial entity. Other than inperson cash they offer no other way to pay their auto loan. The website is basically useless. You will end up having to call their 800 # which is a long draw out waste of time. After 20 minute on hold nothing was resolved I was tired and just gave up. I wish I could give them a zero

If I could put zero stars I would they're a joke. I'm a SunTrust member but they merged with SunTrust. I went to get money out of the atm, suprise suprise it went through but no money came out. I went in to tell them. I said I used the atm but it didn't give me my money. The women seated at her desk oh you'll have to file a claim through SunTrust. Are you kidding its your atm I'm on camera and I have the slip print. Now im out 500. Until hopefully my claim through SunTrust goes through 5-10 days. That's so wrong I'll be switching my business somewhere else.

Will never go to this BB&T again. I go to Hampstead one and have no problems. I went to this one since my usual was flooded out and they couldn’t do what I normally get done at the other location. Might just change BB&Ts I have always had problems with this company.

They are always extremely rude to my husband, who is never anything but friendly to them. Their attitudes are very unprofessional. It seems like perhaps working that closely with the public might not be the correct job for a select few employees at this branch.

They're so unprofessional they were talking about me as if I wasn't sitting down, and they were being very loud and ghetto, wow.
