I visited the US Cellular store in Wallace, NC, and the sales lady seemed uninterested in helping me. It was my daughter's birthday, and I was looking to upgrade my plan, but she only discussed the cheaper option without explaining the other plans. I'm considering taking my business to another company that will appreciate my money and treat me with respect.

Was in and out quicker than I had figured on. Agent was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. US Cellular has some the cheapest prepaid phone plans.

The agent was able to fix my issue in less than 5 minutes. This was amazing because I had been on the phone with us cellular for 4 hours trying to fix it through customer service

My phone got dropped in water a week ago so i went to wireless express in wallace and the young lady who waited on me which was joseline moya was very nice friendly and very helpfull cant wait to do more buisness with her

Sales representatives need to be trained on everything all over again. It's sad when a customer knows more about the phones then they do.

I bought a phone case that wasnt used on a Tuesday. Sunday i tried to return it only to find out they are privately owned and only do store credit for that store and no other stores. So long story short im screwed out of 32 dollars and cant use the credit because i have a LG V20. The V20 is discontinued and therefore they have no V20 axcesseries.

Terrible service. We were in the store for 10 minutes and were never acknowledged by staff. We could hear people in the back room watching tv. The only salesperson on the floor was assisting the only other customer and when other staff left the back room they still did not offer to help us. We will take our business elsewhere.
