After I had spoken to her about my questions concerning my storage rental, which she was very helpful about, we sat and chatted for a few more minutes about life and other things, as it was so easy to talk to her. She made me realize customer service can truly be a pleasant experience, If you have the right person answering the phone and navigating you through whatever issue you’re dealing with at the time. She deserves the credit for being a model employee, and more people should be trained to accommodate clients with her style of professionalism. “On the day that I was looking for a storage unit, Clearhome storage was the only company that answered their phone immediately out of four that I called. Not only did they answer but they were able to answer all of my inquiry questions, got my information, gave me access inside the gate to check out the different sizes of the storage units to determine which size best fit my needs, and was able to rent me a unit within an hour of calling them. In addition they were very friendly, courteous, helpful, and patient. They were also available later in the day when we needed to make a change and did so with ease. I would definitely use their service again and highly recommend to anyone.”
