Got into some outboard motor trouble while on vacation and felt this gentleman went above and beyond to help. Not only did he help find the right plugs but took time to ask questions to see what issues I was having rather than just trying to make a sale. Price was half of others locally. Motor is running better than ever and service was excellent.
