Workers were so entirely rude, didn’t welcome us in and when we were talking about how the water may be too low they stayed silent. They basically just dropped us off and left us to figure it out ourselves. When we got out at the finish, they did not say a single word to us. No “how was it “ or “did you have fun” basically charged us $150 to fight off spiders and worms in a 50 hour long river. They spend more time weed wacking than caring for their customers, my poor sister had scrapes all over her due to the water being so low. We had 0 warning.

What was on their website wasn't what they was offering. The man and lady working didn't even know of any of the offers that was listed. The tubing was alot of work because the water was so low. 1/2 of It was too shallow to even tube in. Not sure if it was like that all the time or not. Had only one person working in the store so the service was very slow. Website said there would be food at the end of the float and there was none. A 3 star is being pretty with the service that was given.

The wife and I had such a great time celebrating our birthdays @ West Tubing Co… June’s hospitality is off the charts, she had us in the water within a few minutes of our arrival, she cooked an amazing lunch for us upon the completion of our tubing adventure, not to mention she made us feel right at home and what’s not to love about that!! Give West Tubing Co a try, believe me when I say you won’t be disappointed.Thank you June, we’ll see you again soon.

Went with a group of 9 and we had so much fun! Great price make sure you wear some water shoes. Crocs count too. They have some inside the store to buy and they are between $12-16 to buy.If your child also has a life jacket I suggest you bring it… for comfort level.

Family owned operation with a beer and wine bar in the main building and retail. They have a limited bar style menu if you’re really hungry after your adventure! When the water is a little lower, they have guide poles toTake with you on the river, which I actually loved instead of just floating into the banks and low hanging trees without a way to steer.

The pictures DO NOT do West Tubing justice! Our family ages 7-70 enjoyed a lovely afternoon floating down the river. They provided a comfortable bus ride up to the head of the river run. I was very impressed with their tubes. The building at West Tubing has a warm, eclectic feel and provides an opportunity to stock up on some drinks and perhaps a t-shirt or visor to commerate your day. The lady that helped us was wonderful. A must if you visit tge area.

My fiancé and I went tubing with West End during our trip to Hayesville. The staff there were very nice and very friendly!! We would definitely recommend grabbing a push stick before getting on the river!! There were some rough patches and some shallower patches, but that all contributed to a great adventure for us. We were dropped off with 2 families with smaller children who definitely seemed like they were enjoying themselves. I would definitely recommend this place for tubing!

From one local biz to another… West Tubing Co is awesome! We bring all our family and friends here and they go out of their way to make us feel welcome. The tubing adventure is relaxing and exciting too, never too busy like other areas.

If you are looking for a fun, relaxing tubing experience DO NOT CHOOSE WEST TUBING!!! I cannot express enough how terrible this experience was.For starters, the creek was smelly, murky and bug infested. The creeks water levels were so low that it was literally impossible to float down. This is even after 2 days of straight rain. Everyone in my group (children and adults) we're continually stuck on rocks and branches and had to walk through the murky unclean water dragging their tubes just to get down the creek. It was so bad that my group had to climb up the side of the mountain to get out of the water and walked the highway to return!!!Upon returning the owner was completely unsympathetic. We left this experience with scratches, bruises, bug bites and terrible memories.

Great tubing experience! The owner was very welcoming and helpful. You get dropped off about 1.5 miles away and the tubing experience was very quiet and pleasant down the River. It wasn’t crowded like Helen. If you’re looking for a beautiful afternoon to enjoy nature this is the spot!

We had a wonderful tubing experience at this location. It is not crowded like the Helen area. They drop you off about 1.5 miles up river and you float back to the location, took about an hour and a half. It was very peaceful and pleasant. If you're looking for a relaxing day on a quiet river this is the place!

Such friendly service. The atmosphere at the property was great. Loive music out on the patio. Beautiful sitting area near the water. We didn't eat but the food smelled great.

Comfortable setting by the creek, highly recommend if you're looking to just hang out for a bit. We haven't tubed with them yet but will next summer. I wouldn't necessarily recommend the food. It's intentionally a small menu because they cook to order and it's not really a restaurant so there's not a lot to choose from. What they do have are tasty, very small, expensive burgers with only American as a cheese option.
