“Our car battery died while we were driving home from North Carolina, and we ended up at the O'Reilly Auto Parts store in town of Warsaw, NC. We were fortunate to be helped by Melvin, who provided outstanding customer service.
Even though the store was busy and he was assisting several customers at once, Melvin remained patient, attentive, and professional. He made sure everyone was taken care of without making anyone feel rushed or overlooked. He took the time to help us get back on the road and made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier.
It's not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping people the way Melvin does. O'Reilly is lucky to have an employee like him. Thank you, Melvin, for your kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service!”

“Brandon was the sweetest!! He came out after hours to help me get into my locked and running car. Seriously nice guy. Very comfortable. I felt 110% safe in his presence. I say this as a mom of two daughters who has had to call a tow truck for them. If your kid is stuck, I would trust this company. Need I say more? Thanks again Brandon!”
