We were driving from Raleigh to Topsail Beach when, near Warsaw, the check engine light came on and our car started jerking and making strange noises. I called Carroll’s Service and they told us to bring the car in so they could take a look.
They quickly hooked it up to their diagnostic computer and found the problem — a misfire in the 3rd cylinder. They ordered the replacement part (ignition coil and spark plug), which arrived in about 15–20 minutes, and installed it right away. In less than 45 minutes total, our car was running like new again!

“Got stuck in a work van on the side of highway 40 in the grass near Warsaw Nc. I called the shop and he didn’t have a tow truck available but he drove out here in a pickup truck anyway to help pull me back onto the shoulder with a chain. Good dude.”
