“I wish I had read the reviews before booking. We were in a hurry to find a place a few hours from Topsail, and we always stay at Quality Inns where available because they usually are pretty ok. The owners of this place don't care if they provide a nice stay to customers. The desk helpers were part of the ownership, and they just shrugged when I asked why the ads promise a hot breakfast, and they don't even offer coffee in the lobby (not a COVID risk for sure). The plug in the sink in our unit was broken. I don't understand why Choice motels still allow them to advertise using their brand.”
