Love B&BW but my pick up experience has not been that great. It makes no sense to order online but still have to wait in line for your order. If I had the time to wait then I would shop in store; kinda defeats the purpose. When I order online my expectations are to be in and out. Hopefully this will improve .

This is an excellent location to do a pickup. The staff is very friendly and EFFICIENT. I will definitely shop at this location often.
