Battery Stores in Washington, NC

“I had to get a tire immediately for my son. Apparently it was a special size, and they did not have the particular brand to match. I was told if I got the order in by 10:30 I could get the tire by 1 or 1:30 at the latest. That was great, as my son was on his way to the beach. When I got there at 1:15, I saw the tire truck and thought everything was going to be fairly simple. However, I was informed that for no apparent reason, the tire was NOT ordered.

This is where they earned the 5 STARS.....

Because it was their mistake, they took ownership and offered me another (new) tire (at no charge) to allow my son to use until they could replace the original one I ordered. They did NOT have to do this! This was above and beyond what anyone would normally expect. Upon further inspection of the other tires, the other tires needed replacing because of age.
Because of how I was treated from the begining, I would have paid double the normal price. However, I was offered a discounted price because of their mistake. Again, they did NOT have to do this. 10/10

Old School way of doing business! I will be back!!!!!!”

“Great customer service! Asked about wipers end how to clean cloudy headlights for my 2011 Toyota. Robbie recommended wipers and a headlight kit and I was thankful. He put on the wipers and showed me how also. Another male associate was very kind to my 89 year old dad as I spoke to Robbie. We were in and out within 10 minutes. Thanks for the great service and kindness!!”
