Ordered wood Thursday, everyone acted like I was interrupting them, but that is how everyone is there, so that's expected. Wood delivered same day to incorrect home, homeowner called BFS twice, I called twice. On the second call to BFS, a lady said she would make it right. Wood was redelivered within 2 hours (by this time it is the following Tuesday). So we paid $100.00 for delivery, lost 3 days of work (Planning to work between the rain) and did not even receive a refund, or a partial refund nor an apology. And to be fair, probably would not even leave such a review if someone just acted nice and maybe even apologized. Might go to Raleigh next order.

The manager actually told me too got to lowes if I wanted good wood!!!! He was upset that I had brought back over half what they delivered to my jobsite

GREAT SERVICE! We were working on bricking our front porch and doing flower beds. The company that we originally ordered our brick from called at last minute and said our brick were unavailable just hours before the brick mason was arriving. We called Builders FirstSource in Washington and spoke with Jessica. She was so sweet and willing to help with that southern accent! They had the brick in stock we needed and delivered within 24 hours!!! I highly recommend!

They just don't have products they used to have. It's hard to get help in the lumber yard. Some of the lumber they do have isn't worth bringing home or to a job site. It's slowly going under.
