Owner was very rude, nasty attitude. The place is a mess. Only one other person working beside owner and both were pacing back and forth rushing services.

I tried the times, each time got worse, I’m posting pictures of my last nail fill … I let them know how dissatisfied I was & they offered to FIX, I said I was not coming back, but they sure kept my money … you will see what I mean … I GOT A FUNGUS …. I have been having my nails done for well over 30 years, I HAVE NEVER HAD A FUNGUS BEFORE IN MY LIFE !

Facility wasn’t really clean, my nails (full set of acrylic) were all different lengths, and only one technician hopping back and forth between clients so I feel as if I wanted wasn’t specifically heard. I won’t be back and I feel as if it was money wasted.
I’d like for them to give me a refund if they even seen this, just an all around uncomfortable experience too. Forgot to mention too that my nails were burning, which I’ve been getting my nails done for years and that was a first

This was my first time going here since I was visiting from out of town and I thought oh good, there’s a nail salon nearby so I’ll just go here to get my nails and my pedicure done, the place only had one person inside and the owner Lena asked me what you want and I told her I want a pedicure and a full set, but the service was slow and lousy, but I was wrong for my full set. The guy Ethan i believe his name was did a good job on my gel pedicure so that was $45 dollars so I was happy about that one service I got! I was very disappointed about my nails and I will never go back here again. The full set was $60.00 dollar so in total I spent $105.00, I felt like that was a waste of money since my nails look sooo bad and rushed and she did a not so good shabby job on it.

This place is horrible: filthy, unsanitary, and very horrible experience.
I should have left immediately, but needed a pedicure badly. The cloth that was used was totally filthy. The water was cold. The attendant was filthy in dress. She rushed through the pedicure-which lasted 10
minutes-and charged me $45. She cut me twice-my feet are still sore. I’m just hopeful that I didn’t contract a disease. Horrible nightmare experience! I feel totally ripped off and disrespected!! I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy!

absolutely horrendous experience. do not go here ! Rude people. Lied about prices. Did horrible on my design. Actually hurt my hand durimg the process several times, did not even apologize.

TERRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The people are rude, they don't listen to you and the quality of work is shitty. They add charges at the end for over priced work that looks like a child did your nails.

THIS PLACE DOES NOT DESERVE A STAR BUT TO LEAVE A REVIEW YOU HAVE TO RATE IT FIRST! WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TO HAVE A SERVICE PERFORMED FOR AN OUT OF YOWN CUSTOMER. I SHOULD HAVE GOT BACK IN MY CAR WHEN LENA CAME OUT THE DOOR YELLING “COME TO THIS DOOR” (thirsty for business) SO FROM THE JUMP, LENA AND TYSON WERE THE ONLY ONES PRESENT TO SERVICE ME. I TELL THEM I WANT A PEDI AND NEED NAIL REPAIRS. THEY TELL ME WHAT PEDI CHAIR TO SIT IN. TYSON POOR THING ( I CAN TELL HE IS NO PROFESSIONAL AT THIS) HAD DIRTY NAIL CLIPPERS AND CUTICLES PUSHER. STATE BOARD WOULD SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN ON SITE!! I LOOKED AROUND TO SEE ANY LICENSES FOR THEM, I DID NOT SEE ANY. AS I AM SOAKING MY FEET, LENA IS TAKING MY NAILS OFF AND SAID SHE WILL DO A NEW SET FOR ME. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR A SERVICE I DID NOT ASK FOR SO I LET HER DO SO. TYSON ASKS WHAT COLOR AND CHOSE A PINK FOR ME. I OBJECTED AND TOLD HIM JUST DO WHITE. LENA YELLS YOU JUST HAD WHITE. I SAID I KNOW AND THATS WHAT I GET WHEN I CANT DECIDE SO JUST DO WHITE. SO HE FINISHES MY PEDI VERY POORLY. HE DID NOT SPEND MUCH TIME ON MY FEET BUT MASSAGED MY LEGS FOREVER. I HAD TO TELL HIM THAT WAS ENOUGH. MY TOENAIL PAINT IS HORRIBLE!! I MEAN JUST TERRIBLE FOR THE AMOUNT I PAID. SO LENA GETS ON MY FULLSET. SHE IS USING A GEL LIKE ACRYLIC AND HAD ME PUT MY HAND IN THE DRYER. IT STARTED TO BURN MY NAILS AND I ASKED WHY IS THIS BURNING LIKE THIS, LENA SAYS ITS LIQUID GEL. I DID NOT ASK FOR THAT. AND SHE TELL ME SHE GOING TO GIVE ME A FRENCH MANICURE SO AT THAT POINT I WAS LIKE OK. I WAS JUST READY FOR IT TO BE OVER. NOTHING WAS CLEAN IN THIS PLACE AND LENA PERSONALITY AND ATTITUDE IS TERRIBLE. SHE WAS A BIT NASTY TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER CHILDREN. BY THE WAY, MY NAILS ARE TOO SHORT AND LOOKS LIKE TOE NAILS! I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED A PLACE LIKE THIS BEFORE AND BEST BELIEVE I WILL NEVER GO BACK. MY CHARGE WAS FOR $147!! I INQUIRED WHY IS THIS COSTING ME SO MUCH AND SHE SAID BECAUSE SHE HAD TO TAKE MY PREVIOUS NAILS OFF. I DON’T KNOW, HOWEVER I WILL BE CONTACTING STATE BOARD IN THE MORNING!!! I WOULD HATE FOR AN ELDERLY PERSON OR SOMEONE WITH AN ILLNESS TO GET SERVICED HERE. THEY COULD POSSIBLY GET INFECTED WITH THE DIRTY TOOLS THEY HAVE TO USE!!

Sorry as hell. They over charge you for a regular pedicure and charge the same for gel pedicure. They only want money but can't satisfy the customers.

Went here for the first time today and Lena was my nail tech and she was amazing !! She was friendly and did an awesome job on my nails . She will be my new go to person for now on . I would give this place a try and make sure to ask for Lena !

I just paid $70 and it looks like a 5yr old did my nails. Cut up my cuticles and sloppy. Place was dirty, that should have been my signal to run. Horrible.
