The pharmacy is rarely open on time. It consistently opens late, closes early, and doesn’t run the drive through. Today is only one of many where the pharmacy says opens at 8, but at 8:15 there was still no pharmacy staff or pharmacist. They want us to be kind and patient (seriously, they have a HUGE SIGN), but they don’t help the situation by not staffing and opening as advertised.

Worst pharmacy i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Staff is rude and completely unhelpful even when you're being super nice they all have attitudes. And now you can no longer contact the pharmacy directly to ask about a medication that they filled, and thats only if you can get passed the 20 minutes of auto voice prompts before it says ( goodbye ) and hangs up on you. Now you have to leave a voicemail for someone to call you back, and no one ever calls you back. CVS needs to go out of business so a company that is a Productive Company for society can use the space (negative 5 stars)

Worst CVS ever. And that is saying a lot, only used them because I am out of state away from a real pharmacy. I have nothing but trouble from CVS for years never again. Treated me terribly because I get a controlled substance and always give me so much trouble and disrespect. Went through the drive thru and was snottely told my prescription wasn't ready, ( it will be a while we just opened and shut the window on me. I waited half an hour more went in..... Girl said it's not ready let me expedite it..... what did the drive thru worker do, not expidite or that's for sure, evan with an E.R. Dr. Bridge prescription yeah they made up so many excuses why they wouldn't fill my e.r. meds, with a terminal disease. Never again.

Horrible service. Received notification my RX was ready. My brother went to pick it up. RX was not ready, was told it would be an hour more. 10 minutes later I get a text that it was ready. So aggravating!

Doesn't stock otc items covered by aetna plan. I think its owned by aetna so they should at.least stock what is covered. Waste
of time to go there for otc benefits.

The inventory in this store in Washington is always a problem as they don't stock their shelves. Lots of empty spaces.

The pharmacy hires the most illiterate people who must come at a bargain basement price. You can never get them to answer the phone and if they do, they are EXTREMELY rude as well as just plain dumb. Why let the most ignorant person answer the phone when they have absolutely no idea about about anything to do with drugs. That is a dangerous combination. They also gave me the wrong prescription that could have killed me. Never ever go to them! I'll take Walmart or other hometown pharmacies any day over these idiots. They don't deserve even a one-quarter star!!

But you can’t seem to afford to properly staff your pharmacy. Shows how little respect you have for your customer base. Someday consumers will grow weary of these abusive relationships with corporations. Boomers aren’t gonna live forever, And your business model is garbage, so you better milk us for all is worth now because your days as a profitable corporation or numbered.

The pharmacy in Washington North Carolina needs to be commended for putting up with what they have to put up with customer wise at that pharmacy. God bless them. They have such great patience and great customer care thank you.
