I will never shop here again.I had to call the headquarters to explain to them that some lady that works here didn’t want to do a return, so she goes outside and calls the district managers office and tells them that we are supposedly doing too many returns. So when I called headquarters and told them this and filed a report with them, because I have never heard such a thing. Their policy is on the wall and says as long as you have a receipt and a certain amounted days, you can return anything and headquarters confirmed this. She even told the other employees to not accept returns from us. Sorry but I will not keep a product that I can’t use, just because your TOO LAZY to do your job!
