I normally wouldn't complain about enterprise but this time around I feel my wife and I got screwed , I reserved a mid size suv 4 months ago and called last week to make sure there would be one available in Washington, nope I had to go to Greenville nc to get one no biggie here's the screwed up part , I used a credit card the same credit card i used in Boston Logan Airport and when I did up the reservation it gave me a total of $369 and some change I get there and O now there's a $300 dollar deposit, this was never mentioned ! It cost my wife an additional $300 !

First time I ever drove a coupe/Hemi I loved the experience always great customer service at the Enterprise branch talked me into getting the Hemi instead of the regular Challenger it was reliable first sport car I ever drove might get another one for my birthday week

Beware, The people employed at this location, Mislead, hide charges and fees associated with their rentals . We were issued a vehicle that was the only one at the lot, only to discover they were charging us for the difference . It’s not the customers fault it’s the only vehicle for rent. When confronted about the charges employees told my wife they saw a note saying it was the only car they had, and they would take care of the difference only to call me and tell me repeatedly that I was told about the extra fee when I was not , and persisted to say it causing an argument. My debt card was requested and they were clearly asked why, and I was told for a deposit, and not told it would be charged for the extra amount. It’s not my fault it’s the only car available!!!! I would have gladly went to Greenville to not have to deal with this behavior.

I called on a Thursday to reserve a Minivan because I'm handicapped. The local Enterprise reported that they could fill this request ,"no problem". The Minivan could be picked Saturday at 11:00, thereason for the Minivan is that my brother and I are disabled.I asked if they could pick me up at home, again,"no problem. I was outside waiting for the ride, they called at fifteen past 11:00 saying they had only a F150 on the lot. That could not work, lifting my walker over the railing would not work. They replied by saying I could go to Greenville,they have more cars to choose from,I choose to cancel my order.

The worst experience I have ever had with a rental car company. We had a reservation but they only had one car an SUV and we had a standard reserved. Thwy wanted to charge us more money for the SUV the only car available. They didn’t honor our reservation. So we ended up canceling and had to call a cab to pick us up. We called customer service but they didn’t help us either. It was very stressful. The people working at this location were completely unwilling to work with us. I strongly suggest you stay away from this rental office. Lack of customer service!!!!

Horrible experience. Had a reservation and they didn’t have the vehicle. Offered NO recommendations. I asked about getting the vehicle in nearby Greenville and she informed me that I could call and handle the reservation transfer. I’d give her customer service a one star.FYI: We did rent from Enterprise on Memorial Drive in Greenville. Great customer service!

I had an emergency car repair and within less than 30 minutes of my call to the Washington Enterprise, I was picked up, processed and driving away in an upgraded mini-van. Someone drove to pick me up at the shop that I had to leave my car. The actual professionalism and timely manners of these people both dropping and picking me up was awesome. At first they had to give me a Dodge truck, I told them I didn't want that but it was all they had. Within 15 minutes they called me back and told me they had another vehicle. The car was cleaned inside. It didn't smell like cigarettes.Thank you for making my ten days without my car a very pleasant one. I can tell these guys do their job, to the best they can. They are on point!

Love renting from them. Always great customer service. I love using my points. Who wouldn’t love a few days free not having to pay anything but your deposit and getting it back after return.

I made a reservation online for the weekend, pick my car up I stayed in there for less then 10 minutes I was in and out everything was quick and easy I never had a problem with enterprise in Washington. They are definitely good in my books??

Learn from my mistake! I made a reservation online, and 2 hours before I was going to pick up the car I got a phone call from an employee at Enterprise saying they don't have a car for me. I asked about getting one from a Greenville location and they said it's not possible. I called several Greenville locations and they informed me they don't have cars for several other reservations that are supposed to pick up today. Long story short, if you make a reservation for a car at Enterprise, don't plan on getting it. All the employees at every location I talked to have said that just because you reserve it online, and get a confirmation, that doesn't mean they have a car or can get it.

Today I was called by Rebecca. I rented a vehicle through my insurance on 4/13/23 and the process was great! The gentleman Kiwtwon (misspelled) was professional, courteous, and informative. I called the location back on either 4/25/23 or 4/26/23 to inform them the date I could get my vehicle into a body shop which is 5/15/23. This is due to majority of shops being backed up in the area. I also informed them of the terms my insurance company stated which was I would get the discount rate if I needed to extend my rental. Well today I get a call from Rebecca and she stated that they would only grant my discount rate for 1 week. I asked her was this an Enterprise policy or the terms of my Insurance. She then proceeded to flaunt her authority by saying well we don’t have to give you the discount rate we can charge you full retail price. At this point I’m like what? This was not my question and I never made any comment regarding the rate. I wanted to know bc my Insurance company did not state this to me. Her attempting to threaten or flex her authority was not needed. As a professional employee she could of easily stated no this is an Enterprise policy and left it at that. I have a rental yes but there are plenty of Enterprise locations. She should have courses on Customer service and understand her location is benefiting from this Insurance claim. Whether it is a small amount or big amount she’s benefiting not me! I only decided to get a rental bc I pay for it so why not. However, I do have another vehicle and I will not be extending nor using this location again.
