The store was clean. They had enough employees to answer customer questions and they have their own tool line. Prices are comparable to other stores as well.

Poor customer service I have bought plenty of tools today takes the cake purchased an auger got home tried to start wouldn’t start took to small engine repair man he couldn’t start took it back didn’t want another pos even buy their extended warranties but today is the end of day of me purchasing anything from harbour freight Rocky the manager acted if we were bothering him like he normally does he always acts of he hates his job
