“I would like to say that I ordered the iPhone 15 Plus via T-Mobile online. I had some issues with them. I did receive the new iPhone. I had no idea what I was in for until I opened the box. Yesterday, I was at my local T-Mobile store in Washington NC, when they opened. A technician named John Thomas greeted me and from there he spent a lot of time helping me to get my new iPhone set up. He put on the protection glass and helped me with a couple things to go with my iPhone. He was patient with helping me. I just want T-Mobile to know what a wonderful technician John Thomas is. I recommend everyone to go to that T-Mobile store to get the help you need.”
