I have been to this lowes a few times and really appreciate the nice people who work here. I travel fulltime in a motorhome and often have weird projects. Not only were they full of helpful advice but also helped in selecting the right products. I am often in home improvement stores but this store was the best one due to the workers. THANKS EVERYONE! My daughters bunk will be completed ASAP thank to you all!

I have spent so much time in Lowe's stores lately due to relocating and I mean Lowe's in 3
different states. And they about the same in each one. Greeted upon entrance overwhelmingly big. So if you're new to the store
ask any staff member they get you
to your destination. Prices are competitive.

Sophia was the best supervisor to talk too when I had issues with my refrigerator order. The only reason for giving two stars is because of her. After talking with multiple other “managers” no one could solve my delivery problem or seemed to care whether I ever received my fridge or not. Sophia helped me get my delivery issue solved and was the only one willing to even make the effort to do so. She needs to be promoted. Seems to be the only one who cares about helping customers. With all that being said I have had the worst experience one could ask for at this Lowe’s. My information was somehow entered wrong when placing my refrigerator order in store. After at least 6 calls to Lowe’s on my own merit and being transferred every time to a so called manager including the supposed assistant store manager Holly (who is a sorry excuse for an assistant store manager if you ask me and all the other supposed supervisor and managers). No one ever returned my calls or attempted to solve my delivery issue until Sophia contacted me. To date I still have not received my fridge and thankfully Sophia did everything she could to fix the issue and provide great customer service unlike every other manager I talked too who promised me calls back regarding my order and lies about delivery dates and times and correcting my information along with wasting my time anticipating my order delivery. Corporate Lowe’s it’s time to clean house on your managers / supervisors and promote Sophia to store manager.

Would give zero stars if I could! Ordered countertops back on April 5th and still have not received them for my new house! I’ve gone without a sink for months now because of no countertops. They came in months ago with no hole for the sink, then sent back and they arrived again with hole cut in wrong place! So now still waiting for my countertops! No one has been very helpful including the store manager Mark.. just empty promises! And assistant manager Holly is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered! Shame on you Lowes!!!! Do better!!!

Absolutely awful customer service experience. Placed an order yesterday on the website for two items from this store. Confirmed that both items were in inventory and scheduled to be delivered today. Received one item today and got an email saying the second item was rescheduled for a few days from now. Called the store and was told that "the customer called in and rescheduled the delivery" which is an absolute lie. I was bounced around from department to department, another Lowe's store and even the national customer service number. Nobody could give any answers as to why someone rescheduled my delivery without my consent and they wouldn't honor today's original delivery date. Therefore, I canceled the order and will buy the item from their competitor now. Word of advice, Lowe's: Don't change customers' delivery dates without their consent and then enter false comments into your system lying saying they requested it. You'll lose a lot of business that way. I'll buy from Home Depot and their other online competitors from now on and won't patronize this Lowe's again.

I called for appliances and was connected with an associate named Ryan. I explained how I was beyond frustrated with my Amana Electric Stove and trying to pressure can grean beans. This stove would get hot, the burner would turn orange then would cool down I could NOT get it to regulate heat. He calmly asked if I had a pressure switch in the middle of my burner I said I think so. He then said I just need to come in and get a regular burner. I bought one and installed it on my stove I was able to complete a full canning process with no problem thanks to Ryan having the knowledge he did. He was amazing.

I would give them a 0 if I could. We waited a month for a dishwasher that was online. Now the online delivery date was in a few days. So after waiting a month and trying to get someone that would care, finally, the installer called. However he said the dishwasher was damaged. Good grief. I guess we are waiting another month. I'll add a screenshot in a few minutes.

My Lowe’s reward customer and Lowe’s credit card carrier here. One associate for all of your registers is not sufficient. Essentially you are telling us that all customers at the front registers are only worth about 12 to $15 an hour for your company. I see this as extremely disrespectful to your customers, and I will not return until the self checkouts are gone. Bring back customer service or lose your customers your choice.

This is the worst Lowe's I've ever done business with. I have spent over 20k in the last 3 months and they mess orders up almost every time. Saying deliveries were made when they weren't, low product stock all the time, limited product availability, etc.... The Greenville Lowe's and the Lowe's on Thomas Langston are far better. Time for some new management.
