OUTSTANDING Customer Service from Robert! It is extremally hard to experience great customer service this day and time but Robert went above the call of duty to provide a great customer experience. I needed a product and we could not find it in the Washington store. He took down my information and assured me he would find it. He called me the next day stating he had the product ready for pickup! He was kind, professional and delivered on a promise! Thanks!

David the manager at the Washington, NC store location is an asset to Office Depot, he multitask like no other, he is fast pace, attention to detail and have great attitude. Excellent customer service.

I always shop at this office depot for items that they carry, like printer ink, batteries, paper products, etc. I could probably could get these things cheaper at Walmart, but I really enjoy shopping with the rewards I earn. Nothing beats free. The manager is very helpful and has always been friendly. Always has a smile. I believe he likes his job. Most places that I shop employ younger people who appear to not like their job or don't want to be working. This manager and his staff appear to enjoy working at Office Depot and I like that.
