Parlour is an individual hair studio created and operated by Master Stylist/Barber and Cosmetology Educator, Amanda Richter. Located in the historic downtown district of Washington, North Carolina within The Hub on Main Street. Parlour offers an alternative to the distractions that come with the traditional salon atmosphere by providing a private, peaceful setting for both women and men.
