I work at the Nutrien Plant in Aurora, and I stayed at the Quality Inn in Washington, NC. This hotel is the best option for Nutrien workers. They serve breakfast early before there breakfast time, which is perfect for our work schedule, and they offer weekly rates that are much better than other hotels in the area. The rooms are cleaned every day, and the staff make sure everything is comfortable.
The manager, John, is very professional and helpful—he’s the best manager I’ve come across in recent times. I’ve stayed in many hotels for work in different locations, but this one really stands out. Our stay here has been excellent and very comfortable.

Mattress is not great for making love in multiple positions so if you're older beware you may limp away with a strain muscle or two

Front desk staff was very friendly and polite. Pool was clean. Room was pretty clean, a little dirt on the floor, and looks like it has been renovated recently. Could have used more bed pillows...they seemed smaller than a standard size pillow on a king sized bed. Hot breakfast variety was a little scarce. We used stairs to get up to the second floor where our room was. Our tub made a pretty loud creaking sound when stepped around and in. The bathroom door was right next to the front of the toilet so the bathroom was pretty cramped...sink is outside the bathroom on the opposite wall. Overall, not a terrible experience for one night. We've stayed in much worse. 3/5 stars for Quality Inn ☺️

Jonn, front desk manager, is the best. He made sure I was comfortable and fulfilled my every request. His staff was also excellent.

We have stayed at this place several times through this summer. This will be our second review for this location. We have stayed in 4 different rooms and have experienced Quality Inn for just about any scenario that can come up while traveling. I gave it a 5 star rating the first night and I wish I could take it back and give them 10 stars for wow. This hotel will be my favorite for many years to come as long as this group of people are operating it. Every one here is extremely kind and welcoming. Its very happy team every day. The third shift girls are still my favorite and the housekeeping staff is the best I've seen far and wide. The beds are all equally as amazing in each room we've stayed in and the rooms are well maintained each having a subtle splash of well placed art that differs from room to room. The magic here is they make it look effortless although creative subtlety and color makes it clear they understood the assignment. Its no easy task and its wonderful to experience such a happy well rounded team. It shines through in every face i see employed here. The price is the best part. The pool is sbsolutely perfect. It has well maintained patio furniture and added privacy with a tiny bit of a tiki vibe in the fencing. Stay here and have breakfast before you check out and you'll be glad you did. You wont even have to bring your own pillow and they also offer a laundry service. It doesn't get much better than that.

These people have a bed bug incfection, and the manager tried to tell me that it wasn’t a bed bug 😂, I’ll let the public decide on what it is then, im a professional and i know what a bed bug looks like. I tried to get a refund from these people because I never stayed in a room after this, he told me to go through the third party (booking.com) I did just that, whenever I did go thru the 3rd party, bookingcom proceeded to tell me that the manager wasn’t even giving them information about the cancellation of my stay, making everything harder for me to even get a refund from booking.com‼️‼️

BED BUGS !! I booked a room here once I got in the room I noticed some stains all over the sheets. While observing the sheets closely I noticed bed bugs were in the sheets. And even in the extra clean towels I requested.

Came into town from Long Island ,Ny for a family reunion it's been years..I stayed here when it was the comfort Inn.. It is still in the makeover phrase..But I would like to say John who let me check in early was Very nice and answered all my questions without hesitation..And Ms Anna well she was amazing when I returned to bring in my luggage to find out there was no elevator just stairs in this two floor inn.. She jump right into action to accommodate me without any questions .When I shared that I couldn't walk up the stairs .She moved me to the first floor and let me have the room of my choice to make sure I was satisfied. In addition to getting me ice do to machine being on the second floor .She was very helpful with anything that I had ask. With her beautiful smile and professionalism the entire time . Breakfast was good .My room was very nice as well you can see the new and updateds refrigerator microwave floors bathroom& furniture in the room .I was very satisfied..They seem to be working hard to upgrade this inn. And it's coming along I would definitely stay again.Cost was reasonable for two night stay.. Located right in the heart of area..8/16/2024
Rooms: Happy with my room updated and new look
Food & drinks: Breakfast was good

Worst hotel stay ever. The place should be closed during their extensive renovations. Front door was inoperable, we had to use the back door and go through a gauntlet of workers that were grinding and painting. Workers hanging out by the pool smoking and drinking beer while we were trying to swim. Grinding started before 9 am so no sleeping in. Breakfast area insufficient, waffle mix empty, 1 piece of sausage and 2 eggs stuck to the buffet pan. Will never stay again .

This property is well past its prime. It’s dirty and run down, and certainly overpriced.
They are currently renovating the rooms, which is much needed. However, staying in a construction zone is not very pleasant. That aside, the room cleanliness leaves much to be desired. I found a towel from a previous guest hanging on the back of the bathroom door. I have no idea how long it has been there. After not being able to fall asleep the first night due to the loud air conditioning unit, I removed the two filters in the front and was horrified to find them covered in 1/8” of dust and dirt. The unit looks relatively new, so I’m going to guess those filters had never been cleaned. Once I cleaned them — and that in itself was an unpleasant task — the unit was quiet.
The first morning of my stay, I went to the lobby to get some coffee only to find an empty pot and no coffee cups. The manager made more coffee and brought out cups when I started poking around in the cupboard looking for coffee making supplies. Today is my second morning here, and once again, there was no coffee and no coffee cups, but this time, it’s because they don’t have coffee or cups available.
It’s safe to say I would never stay at this property again. Total failure.

The owner is completely rude and has no respect for customers or workers. I do not recommend coming here they have tons of structural issues that you can see just walking inside the door. If you care about feeling welcomed and not having a building collapse on you I recommend going anywhere else in Washington.

Bad paint smell. Dead bugs. Door lock broken. Who knows what on the walls. Hasn't seen a duster or vacuum. Your shoes stick to the floor. Would give 0 stars if I could. Stay lasted all of ten minutes.
