Jada at Rental Avenue helped me out with a rental when I had no reservation because one of the other big car rental chains let me down completely. The car wasn't perfect but it was the last car left in eastern North Carolina. The customer service was great, thank you.

How do you reach a live person, been calling the 802 number almost 2 weeks and the number is powered off and no voicemail set up? I've heard good reviews about but cant reach anyone.
