I visited this body shop to receive an estimate, and the owner ripped the trim off of my truck’s passenger door without my permission. There was absolutely no sense in that. Terrible impression, rude behavior, very unprofessional. I will NOT be taking any of my vehicles to this body shop. -1 star. DO NOT recommend.

Richard's did a great job on our repair. Service was quick, and communication was constant. Additional damage was discovered during repair and they worked directly with the insurance company to ensure all costs were covered to complete the repair the right way. Will use them again for future work, highly recommend!
