Royal Farms in Washington, North Carolina offers the best service and freshest food, with cheap gas prices. Customer service is great from everyone, described as super friendly and outstanding. The food is always fresh and hot, with the best chicken tenders that are moist and delicious most of the time, and the chicken is really good. However, potato wedges are often soggy, falling apart, with no salt, and the coleslaw is thick with too much mayo and zero seasoning. Some chicken can be microwave dry and stringy. Employees are phenomenal, providing excellent service and recommendations in an easy-going, friendly manner. Management does not treat employees the way they should, and the store has never had a competent store leader.
