The food is always fresh and hot, with the best chicken tenders that are moist and delicious most of the time, and the chicken is really good. However, potato wedges are often soggy, falling apart, with no salt, and the coleslaw is thick with too much mayo and zero seasoning. Some chicken can be microwave dry and stringy. Employees are phenomenal, providing excellent service and recommendations in an easy-going, friendly manner. Management does not treat employees the way they should, and the store has never had a competent store leader.

    I love Royal Farms. I am from up north and I grew up with these stores. I am very disappointed with the stores here in NC. When you go to there for chicken, because that's what your famous for and you DON'T have it made???? Somethings wrong with the management. Employees are rude.

    We stopped by one morning and they already had fresh made chicken!! We were so happy. Their fried chicken is the best! The staff was so nice and friendly. We always try to stop here when passing through.
