Ordered a specialty coffee. One employee started making it, then wandered off to help another employee with a different order. Manager refunded the purchase; never did get my coffee

Don't order food here. They just stand around talking to each other not making any food. Waited 15 minutes as the only person watching them just talk.Update: 20 min in and she's still just talking to the other worker. Nothing has been made and she has walked away.
