I had a car flooded out due to storm surge, this company came through every step of the way. First towing it to a shop for evaluation but then again being able to pick it up and perform a through evaluation and extended storage. I would hire them again with out a doubt. Owner was available phone and text and I'm sure that's not an easy thing in their line of work, honestly just a great experience.

Got in a squeeze on a solo fishing trip this morning without my tools. With Kris’s help I was otw home in ab 2 hours. Very laid back guy and is very knowledgeable to his profession.

I cannot speak to their towing and automotive business, however they also rent U-haul vehicles. They are absolute morons in that portion of their business. They refused to read or they were incapable of reading and forced me to go rent a U-haul from another location.

Power window on the wife's Side quit working so that had to be fixed anyway so stopped at Southside towing and auto repair Kris was.able to figure out right away what was wrong he got new window regulater installed that morning within an hour very fair price I'm very satisfied and highly recommend them from 1 to 10 their a 10 plusService: Auto power window repair

Wonderful business with great people. My husband and I had our small children with us when our truck broke down on the side of the road in the dark and Kris came out no questions asked and made sure we got home. Also had them do my inspection, quick and easy.

As an update to this review on Monday, 6/19, the owner of the business has harassed my husband via text message over the weekend regarding this review after refusing to answer texts about picking up our key, and as of Monday has still refused to confirm that we can pick up the key to my vehicle when we return from vacation despite having the time to send harassing texts and write sarcastic review responses. Completely at a loss as to how to proceed, massively unprofessional, and this harassing, unprofessional behavior from shop owner/staff has ruined a vacation weekend. - Original post: Refused to return the key to my car after being paid in full for services on a Friday. Claimed they "didn't know" they were paid after agreeing to leave key with the car- we found all of this out when we went to pick the car up after hours, and it was left unlocked without a key sitting on the side of the road outside the shop. Did not make an attempt to arrange to return key until the next week- MASSIVE INCONVENIENCE when I had travel plans for the weekend. Not to mention- leaving a customer's unlocked car sitting on the side of the road with no accessible key for an entire weekend after they have paid and arranged to pick it up? Thank god I had a spare key and figured out what was happening before someone who wanted to steal my car or it's contents did. Incredibly unprofessional, and could've ended very badly, all for a simple oil change. Skip them and head to a dealership, I will next time.

Southside Towing & Automotive LLC is one of the best towing services that I have used. They drove over an hour to tow my car four miles because it just stop at the intersection in my small town. Kris was very professional from the first call and he kept me updated when he was near my location. Once he was on the scene he was quick and precise with loading my car. Kris is excellent! Super friendly and quick service. My battery died on my jeep and after an 8 hr wait w AAA. I called Kris at Southside towing we use his services for a property I manage.Kris came over tested it and got me a new battery.
