This was my first time at this tractor supply and I will not be returning. I'll stick with my regular one in williamston, nc. No one spoke upon entering the store and what did it for me, was not 1 but 2 employees walked literally up on me and DID NOT say excuse me or anything. Rude!!! I had items that I needed but I'll make the trip to Martin County. They're friendly and helpful. I'll continue to spend my $300 plus over there. That's every trip. Ugh. I won't be responding to this message, why would I, you didn't see me or my cart earlier, that I so kindly left on the floor with the beginning of my shopping list.

Jessica (tall, white, older lady) was very condescending and rude. Im not one to lose my temper without a valid reason. I walked into the store with a return. I waited patiently as her and 2 other men finished a conversation. Finally I was addressed. A return? she said comically with a smirk. Okay get in line. What line? I’m standing here and the only one standing here. And she proceeds to walk to another register that she was not standing at. A guy comes walking up at the same time and she starts to ring him up…I’m going to leave it here. The Snapchat recording I have is too lengthy to post. I will determine how to contact the district manager for this location.

Absolutely terrible. The way they treat their employees is horrendous. Making the employees deal with the disasters of palets behind the red doors. Scrambling while the managers are screaming at them through their earpiece. Shame on the managing positions
