Do not buy paint here! It’s manually mixed and there’s no chance you’ll ever match a second gallon! Go to a professional paint place that they aren’t manually selecting the color on a big wheel one mistake you’re gallon is ruined!

Asked service man if he could help load my lawnmower after new blades were put on. He just pointed to my mower and said there’s yours. Then he said they don’t load or unload anymore d/t being short staffed. Four male employees were walking around outside and not one offered to help when I was having trouble with a ratchet strap. Worst service dept I have ever been to.

I would like to start by saying I have never left a bad review in my life. I try to give the benefit of the doubt. So, I called a day before to ask about having a mower we purchased from them serviced. Was instructed to bring it out the following morning. After driving an hour, I was told it would be 2 weeks before I could pick it back up. This information would have been nice to know when I called the day before. I asked if I could be put on a list and bring it back in 2 weeks after the other customers in front of me has been taken care of. I was told they do not do that. Their reason for not doing 'appointments' is that they don't want other customers to feel like they were skipped. Even though I reinterated I would be perfectly happy waiting for the other customers ahead of me. So I left in frustration. I decided to call the store and politely point out the inconvenience so that maybe they could consider the flaw in their system, I was cut off several times and then hung up on as soon as I mentioned talking to a manager. Incredibly poor customer service from a business we purchased a $10k mower from. Will not return and will advise others to be weary.

An amazing company to do business with. It is refreshing to find an honest place of business these days. Very friendly, fast, and most important HONEST. Fixed two mowers for me now at what I have found to be beyond affordable pricing, the second I expected a large bill as I thought the mower had issues. They fixed it for under $69 dollars, most places would have charged that to diagnose the problem. They have my business for life!

I called searching for a product. Sales associate said they had product. Before I could get there product had been purchased. Sales associate called and informed me, recommended a substitute product that worked just as well and was cheaper. I really appreciated that
