After being a long time customer I was looking into purchasing the new pixel 7 pro smartphone the Google store they had a better promotion then us Cellular and I asked the lady at us Cellular if I purchased the phone from Google could they activate it with no problems I was told yes and told it would be no problem since us cellular already has and sells the exact same phone after me and my wife both purchasing pixel 7 pro and spending almost $2000 on new phones they couldn't activate it because it's not a supported phone I was told by 1 representative then I was told to put the SIM card in and it would activate on its own no problems everything worked except texting I was told I would have to just make calls and couldn't text almost like it was a joke told to call customer service finally after waiting on hold they tell me I need a new sim card go back to us cellular to get new sims to just get told again that they cannot activate the phone because it's not supported how can they not support a phone but they sell it right in there store and to answer a few questions yes the phone is a unlocked model and yes I have purchased from Google store in past with no problem Google offered me $150 lower price on both phones and offered double the trade in value on our old phones that's why we went this route but it's fine us cellular lost 2 long time customers and we will not be coming back after being lied to and told at the end of the day you should of baught the phones from us and nasty comments like just switch companies not even so much as an apology

Unhelpful. I told them I needed a new phone because it keeps crashing. Was told I want eligible for an upgrade but was not offered to look at affordably prices phones. The whole visit felt disingenuous. The manager followed me out of the store the first time I visited, because I had to leave with my son, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Not sales oriented, not customer service oriented. Will get another provider.

Y'all service has gotten horrible y'all charge $70 a month for what no unlimited hotspot anymore so why $70 time to change services because y'all ain't it no more 15 yrs wasted

Horrible customer service from Alexander after we tried to ask about where we could get the battery replaced he kept saying the apps were taking too much power when in reality they weren’t, Will not go back again.
