“Lucky is how I feel for having Dr. Kelly and the Tar River Animal Hospital as the provider of our family's small animal care. We have had many companion animals over the last 30 years and they have all been cared for by Tar River Animal Hospital. The expertise and efficiency of this facility are absolutely top shelf. Every ailment and injury of our dogs and cats has been 100% correct in diagnosis, treatment, surgery, all of it... Perfect! It is a very busy practice yet the amount of intense focus each patient receives is readily apparent. We recently had to have one of our pets euthanized due to a progressed cancer. Dr. Kelly offered tips to prolong our pets time with us before discomfort and the inevitable had to occur. I cannot adequately explain what having a little extra time means when you are saying goodbye to a loved one.”
