I would say this is one of the worst pharmacies I've ever been to in my 37 years of being alive. First of all the other Walgreens did not have my prescription... So they filled a partial for 2 days... And then sent me to this pharmacy.... Because they could not get the medication after 3 days. Now I'm sitting here waiting another 45 minutes after calling before I drove 30 miles. This is outrageous. Then they try to gaslight you when you try to talk to them about their customer service. Also the girl in the photo was obviously sleeping with the pharmacist.... Whom is easily old enough to be her grandpa. The cashier couldn't help but try to gaslight us on the way out of the store.

This people held the prescription of an antibiotic for my son's ear infection, for 2 days. TWO DAYS! While the infection grew worse, and my little boy was in pain, they were negligent. I had to call 3 times, and went 1 other time. I ended up transferring the prescription to a local pharmacy, when I was on the phone with the other pharmacy, Walgreens Washington called this other pharmacy to ask for that same antibiotic (meaning, they did not have it on stock, and never informed me anything). And is not the first time the hold a prescription, they are really unorganized.

I don't need to go into detail of all of the multiple and continued problems with this Walgreens. I can tell you that they've literally just stopped answering their phones, so don't bother. Tried getting in touch with the pharmacy at various hours over the last week. 4 separate days I've tried getting in touch with anyone at the pharmacy and the phone just disconnects after over an HOUR of waiting on hold multiple times per day. This is during the weekday as early as 10am and as late as 7pm. Nothing. I worked retail and I understand being understaffed, and feel bad for some of the workers, most likely not entirely their fault. But corporate really needs to step in at this location. Badly. If you had a bad experience here, write a review, but more importantly, call Walgreens corporate, escalate the call, and complain specifically about this store.

The manager Jessica is unethical rude unprofessional and way oversteps her bounds she thinks she knows more than the doctors do about your medication and I have medicine that I cannot go without or miss a dose and it was due last Monday and I got lied to 3 days in a row saying it was being filled then Wednesday I was told that the person who sent my prescription in the doctor used his the wrong ID number ! That was a lie cuz I called the doctor and found out that that was a bold-faced lie then I finally get her on the phone and she says that she cannot feel my prescription till she talks to all the doctors involved and last month she made my husband wait 2 weeks for his blood pressure medicine this b**** does not care and I'm telling you she is going to kill somebody if she does not get out of this position if you got medicine that you need to take that you cannot miss a dose do not go to this Walgreens they hang up on you they never answer the phone until you have at least been on hold for an hour or you have to threaten them with a lawyer I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau I have reported them to Walgreens corporate and I'm not going to stop until Jessica is fired

I returned yesterday and went through the drive thru at 10 minutes to 7 and waited. At 7:05 the lady came up to the window and closed the blinds. There was nothing like \\\"could you please come inside? \\\" or \\\"go on, we don't care. \\\" There was a small piece of paper in the window that said the drive thru closed at 7. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever seen in my life. They should just close this place down and make people go to greenville. If it wasn't for my insurance only dealing with walgreens, then I would never set foot in this place again. With the amount of staff in the pharmacy and the fact that they only help at the max 3 people an hour, they can't be making money here. I'm waiting in line and got bored, so I figured I'd rate this place.

I cannot stand this Walgreens. I sent my 3 month prescription to this Walgreens, after moving to Washington for a brief 3 month stay. Every time I have gone to refill it, there has been a "problem." Ive had to wait days to get my medicine. Good thing they are anti psychotics and not life saving drugs... They are just too busy to handle anything. If you need a prescription, fill it at CVS. I will never fill another percription here.

Pharmacy is closed. Seems that when you treat customers like dirt repercussions occur. Good riddance

These guys used to be ok, but for the last few years, I only get my prescription 50% of the time. The wait time can be anywhere from 20 minutes to over an hour, and with such a long time waiting, you'd think at least you'd walk away with your medication, right? No. The worst thing about waiting for a long time is having to do it multiple times a week with still no medication. Don't use this pharmacy. Not even good enough to be a last resort.

Pharmacy staff was overwhelmed and tried to help point me in the right direction for what I was looking for but didn't have time to engage properly with my needs.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. My sons pain medicine was sent over at 10:20 as of 2:30 today it is STILL not ready. My kid is in pain because he just had surgery and is due for his pain meds. The non compassionate people that work here should be ashamed. Hope the pharmacist enjoys her lunch since my kid can’t even eat right now.

My wife went online to schedule a covid vaccine appt, and it kicked her out, so she called and set up the appt for tonight. We drove to the store located on 12th street in Washington North Carolina and the pharmacy was closed. A worker commented the pharmacy closes at 6pm. This isn't the first time this has happened. After calling the help line twice we were dropped from the call twice and no return called by the representative was made.

Just a bad place. You have to experience it to know what I'm talking about. Go ahead and call to speak to a pharmacist. They have a bad way of picking up the phone and putting you back on hold over and over again. Want to go inside, if the long line doesn't get you, them asking you to step over to the next window will. Point is there is no body attending the next window and no one is going to acknowledge you are standing there. Wow. Take the drive thru you say, well if the wait don't kill you the not having your drug in stock and have to wait for them to order will. What a lovely waist of time this Walgreens is.

My insurance provider changed my pharmacy from CVS to Walgreen's a couple of years ago. I had no pharmacy preference and the drug stores are next door to each other so no big deal. I never had any issue with CVS. These are a few of my experiences with Walgreen's Always a longer line at the drive through window. Online prescription ordering is hit and miss. I have waited twenty minutes in line to find out my prescription wan not ready as the app confirmed it was. Called to arrange for shingles and pneumonia shot. After much back and forth about times and uncertainty they told me I could come in that evening. I said I preferred day time and could come another day. That resulted in more confusion. I finally gave up and thanked them and called CVS, since it wasn't through insurance I had that option. The CVS person said sure, you can come now. I did so and it was that simple. Lastly, and most frustrating is their communication with my doctor's office when they ask for prescription renewal. More than once they have accused the doctor's office of not responding resulting in a delay. I had my doctor for twenty-five years and never a pre-Walgreen's issue. The last time this happened I called the office asking for assistance. I said there was no reason to call me back but the nurse did so anyway. She told me that she personally called Walgreen's and told me when. I absolutely believe her. I can't say if Walgreen's was lying to cover their failure or if they are incompetent but it concerns me that a pharmacy that provides potentially dangerous meds would be so inefficient or dishonest.

Absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. They have the worst customer service. They are rude and and inconsiderate, especially Noah. And the pharmacist decide they know better than my doctor when I should get my medicine and when my doctor calls them to tell them they are wrong they lie and claim they are out of that medication. Then after my doctor gets it straightened out they move my script to the back of the line even tho they’ve had the fill order for over 8 hours. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. Never again will use Walgreens.
