When they first opened it was great. They had two attendants to clean your car before the was. That is hit and miss. My car gets somewhat clean. The passenger side doesn’t always get clean, one the twirling brushes is down. It is down a lot and while drying my car, there is spots, I have a white car and see it’s not clean. The tire shine is nice, but my tires get wax as well as my rims. The area is always clean and the vacuums work correctly.

Every time I have stopped to get a car wash I have had the pleasure of Tayloe helping me. From extra attention to the dirtiest parts of my car before I go through the wash to assisting me with the vacuum service and supplies she has always been very helpful!! I only go to Washington for my healthcare needs, and now because of the great service she has provided, I also go for my car washing service. I literally pass 4 car washes on my route to work but I go 10 miles out of the way to have Tayloe at Whistle Express in Washington provide my car care needs!! She is awesome
