Thank you for your owner response sending me to a page that cannot be found. How very unhelpful of you. Isn't this the same response you give to all 1-star reviews? Disingenuous at best.
I've put a comment in to corporate about this issue. Went for gas, prepaid $35.00, went inside another 4-5 times when the pump wouldn't work, got mad and asked for my money back. Clerk refused to give me a receipt or my money back. (I called my bank). He threatened to call the cops on me and have me banned from the store. Stated he was refusing me service. Accused me of being rude (yes, I was mad but was never derogatory or unkind towards him). I said I was done and I didn't want to do business with his company ever again; asking for my money back, please. Not sure if I'm out the money or not, but I will NEVER set foot in there again. Being verbally abused and threatened, by someone who is quick to feel offended, is not on my list to do...ever again.

RUDE!
stopped in at 6:15am and was the only customer in the store. I asked if I could please buy some lottery tickets. The person working was too busy putting hashbrowns in wrappers to acknowledge my presence. Another person came into the store, and again the person working could care less that there were customers who needed assistance. Walked out!

Doors locked. Waited a few minutes but was not unlocked. Doesn’t look like anyone is there. This store always seems understaffed. Tried to get gas a few weeks ago. Paid cash at self checkout and pump would not turn on. Was told I couldn’t get a refund because the person there didn’t have access to the register. Wrote it off as a one off. Either I have bad luck or this store is mismanaged.

Horrible service lady looked at me after being rude and said let me go sit down in the back before I snap. Secondly got pizza for my 5 yo was almost 4 hours old. Ridiculous 😧 all five employees standing around doing nothing. Called for the past 2 hours rings and no answer! Sad excuse of management

Bought a I-watch , cell phone and ear bud wireless charger Saturday at 4:15 , gave as gift , didn’t work as I was there when opened and started up per directions, didn’t work or light at all , asked for a new one ,)not any region of 31.50$w/tax ), and get , we don’t refund on electronics Not one sign or word on receipt saying this or if not have bought it … Circke management team said it is returnable and is taken. Care of it . Always ?’ Authority.

I will come back to this location the lady in the store Kizzie was very friendly the vibe was A1 the store was clean and even though there was a little rush she was attentive and friendly to each and every customer
