Have to wait 1or 2 days on prescription called in even if it’s in stock. Sometimes my prescription was called in 5 days before I could get it but I still had to wait until closing time on the day I could pick it up. Unacceptable. They’re just too busy to get it filled. Too busy to return or respond to phone messages, even if it is a medication drug interaction question. You have to leave a voicemail. You CAN NEVER speak to someone in the pharmacy. They do not ever return your call or even respond in a text message. Just keeps getting worse and worse. Terrible service. I will go somewhere else.

Save your time and money ! This pharmacy takes forever and doesn’t take the time to properly process insurance causing you to overpay. Unprofessional worker who got an attitude when I asked her to properly process my insurance.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at CVS Pharmacy. I requested an ADHD prescription to be filled on Wednesday. On Thursday, after inquiring, I was told it would be ready Friday. It is now Monday, 2 days before Christmas, and the medication has still not been filled.
This medication is crucial, and I should have been notified by a pharmacy team member via phone with a live person if there was an issue. Instead, I was left in the dark. I have tried calling the pharmacy multiple times, but I cannot get through to a person. The only option is to leave a voicemail, which is unacceptable for urgent matters like this.
The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, especially when dealing with time-sensitive medications. I expect much better service from CVS.
This experience has caused me unnecessary stress and frustration, and I hope CVS addresses these issues promptly to prevent similar situations for others. If I continue to be unable to speak directly to a person when I call, we will be transferring all of our family's prescriptions somewhere else.

It is a pleasure to come to this pharmacy as all the staff is respectful and working efficiently. We especially appreciate Dr. Sonja, pharmacist, whose demeanor, resourcefulness, and willingness to help is superb. She sets a wonderful tone for the entire pharmacy and helped us beyond our expectations on several occasions. Very thankful!

Horrible communication. If you want to talk to a pharmacist always push one as a doctor or calling from a doctors office. They’ll leave you on hold for over 20 minutes then hang up on you. I also was supposed to pick up a prescription refill last week and two days after I call and they don’t have it in stock anymore. I wondered why I never received a call or any communication regarding this but the pharmacist didn’t know and couldn’t seem to answer the question.

I would rate CVS a ZERO. The pharmacy customer service is one of the worst customer services I have ever experienced in my life. It took CVS from 04/26/24 till today 04/30/24 and three different locations to get my 67 year-old parent med. On top of it all, I am paying out of pocket because this location ran the insurance request (payment) without ever providing the medication to my parent. The other CVS location stated that this needed to be cleared up if I wanted to pay out of packet they would release the med. Something illegal is going on with CVS and elders medications/insurance. This needs to be investigated!

Prescription was filled incorrectly, Pills were missing. When I called them about it they put me on hold for a while and hung up. I had to drive to the store again to pickup the missing pills. They were not sorry for their mistake. Rude and irresponsible.

The best. We were Very fond of our CVS in the Greensboro/High Point area.We love this one on Kensington. Pharmacy staff & front of store are both glad to help & conscientious.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve had missing pills in my prescriptions, rude pharmacists and techs. Take the drive to another CVS. I listened to the pharmacist and techs gripe about germs, how they don’t understand why a woman would bring her newborn child in here, had people asking for recommendations on over the counter meds, she just turned them away and said go to urgent care. Granted, this is a few mins from a CVS with a minute clinic and all of the appointments were taken, you work in a pharmacy-have some compassion. I will never get anything filled here again. Fire them all, except Laura with the short dark hair. The pharmacists are a JOKE.

I have been using this pharmacy for a long time and this location has a serious customer service issue. Almost every time I have been on the phone with the pharmacy I am treated very rudely and am talked to like I am such an inconvenience. I switched to Walgreens across the street and I wish I switched sooner.
