Jeff (Owner of Hooked Towing) is one outstanding and highly honest individual.
My wife’s hybrid issued a do not drive warning. The dealership said have it towed in. We called hooked and when Jeff arrived he first took a look at the issue. He told my wife in all of his experiences with hybrids, it should be fine to drive to the dealership, but he would tow it if we wanted him to. He just felt a tow was not necessary.
Jeff was right. We got the car to the dealership with no issues.
These days, finding someone as honest and ethical as Jeff is a true blessing. He was more interested in doing the right thing vs just making a $….
Hooked Towing will be our first call for any of our towing needs.

Amazing amazing company and owner! Jeff is the best! I had car trouble not only did he quote me a great price, he spent about an hour and a half of his time to diagnose it, and didn’t charge a penny. Couldn’t recommend a company more, because he cares about people just as much as he cares about business. Impossible to find these days

I recently had to use the services of hooked towing, and I was thoroughly impressed. The team was incredibly nice and respectful throughout the entire process. From the moment I called, they were attentive and understanding of my situation. The driver arrived promptly and handled my vehicle with great care. Chris and Hooked Towing! I couldn’t say enough good things about my experience. I was in a pinch and needed a quick and reliable tow for my wife’s van due to an impromptu mechanical issue. I called into WIXE and asked if they recommended anyone in particular as I like to support local business any way I can. Shane with WIXE put me in contact with these guys and I’m so glad he did! Chris was very helpful, communicative, and prompt throughout the whole process and made an unfortunate day for me and my family much easier to handle. Where do I start? On three different occasions I’ve had to utilize the very company I work for to come “save me.” No questions asked Jeff was there, even when I worked for another company… If for some reason we go separate ways I will still call him.
We don’t interact like boss to employee but rather brother to brother. He takes a genuine interest in my life outside of towing as I do with his family, which I’m crazy about. Alex is the added bonus…get us together and get ready to laugh…

Ran into an issue with my car and needed a tow to an auto shop. The auto shop recommended this company and they were quick to answer. I was finally able to figure out my issue and resolve it and messaged them to cancel the tow when they were just about to pull in. They were nice enough to waive their service fee having already been dispatched out and basically at my residence. Extremely nice and professional, will save this company for any future incidents I hope not to have. Thank you Hooked Towing!

Called to get a tow, everyone else was over a 90 minute wait. Chris from hooked towing showed up in less than 10 minutes to help my kids and I on the side of the road. Quick, kind and efficient. The only towing company I'll use from now on!

Called around a couple places to get a tow. Hooked was the best priced and most friendly . Chris was super friendly and professional thru the whole process. Do not recommend Stella towing company they were overpriced and treated me like I was an idiot.
