  I only post reviews about businesses that go above and beyond with quality work. I have been going to this nail salon for a few years and ever time I leave happier then the last. The service, friendliness and quality surpasses all:) Have refered many friends who are customers now.

  Nini, I am so disappointed because I made an appointment. However, when I walked in, you soaked my hands in acetone for 48mins while you took care of another customer (which I’m sure she and I could have NOT had the same appointment hour).
  *I was told by you “wait 15 mins okay?” But 48 months passed and I had to ask you to remove my plastic bag you wrapped my hands in because I was feeling the burning sensation from the acetone then, which was 20 mins in.
  *I did not want to cause a scene for myself or make you uncomfortable in-front of other customers and your co-workers so I stayed quiet.
  
  I just walked out without even doing my SNS nails because my hands are REALLY BOTHERED by the acetone that had been sitting on my hands/nails for FORTY EIGHT MINUTES!!!!!!! My hands not only feel cold but I also feel the HOT sensation it gives off. I was charged $10 which I paid. All to say I hate that I have to write this review for you because I loved your work and how efficient you are but I do feel as though you have shown favoritism towards your clients base on their skin color/background. It’s been a couple of times since felt that you did not care for me as your other clients when you used a nail to take off my SNS I had on way back when. I was surprised that you used that technique for me when you did NOT do that for anyone else. I stayed quiet because I didn’t wanna be “rude”, I not only stayed quiet but I let you finish it with the hope of you not doing that anymore. However, the next time I came, you did the same thing and that upset me even more but I kept giving myself the benefit of the doubt and because your work is awesome. BUT TODAY IS THE LAST I don’t have it in me to keep coming here. Maybe you don’t care or even happy that you don’t have yo accommodate for me anymore but I hope you don’t let anyone else go through this type of unprofessionalism. Please don’t soak a customer’s hand in acetone for more than 10mins! I am not mad I am just really disappointed that I have to now stop coming to one of my favorite nail salon here in Waxhaw.

  Been there 2 times now to get gel manicure and relax. Unable to relax when technicians talking to each other ( in their language) and not paying attention to customers. Unable to relax with tvs going their conversations happening and can’t even hold conversation with my daughter. Will look for another place to be able to enjoy having my nails done

  Went into this salon for the first time in a long time.
  
  My biggest problem is that all of the young ladies in there chit chat between each other and laugh and joke and tease in a completely different language. I'd rather have music playing. My opinion they need to speak English that way they can learn better English. Will not go back.

  I would put 0 stars actually . 0/10 would not recommend especially if you’re an African American , they will not take your money and will treat you like you’re beneath them. I walked in after a group that they serviced but told me they’re too busy come another time .

  First time i tried them i lost my toenail from a fungal infection. That was 3 years ago. Decided to try again and now I’m stuck with a horrible infection and swollen toe from the lady cutting my skin (was bleeding) and making my ingrown nail worse and have been on antibiotics and stuck with dr bills and missing work from the pain of wearing shoes from the swelling and infection - and to see a podiatrists and drs and antibiotics in hopes to fix it. My toe is so swollen and gross from this place. The lady i went with also got cut and an infection. Horrible. Don’t go.
