The return process for Amazon was an absolute nightmare. They had 1 girl working by herself and the line was over 20 customers deep. I waited more than 40 mins to drop off a single box. Never again! Then again, maybe that’s their strategy?????!!! 🤷♂️

For many years Kohls would give customers a 7 day grace period on Kohls cash. I did my back to school shopping a couple weeks ago, as I'm a teacher at a year round school and have two children that attend. I spent a total over $700 in 2 separate trips. I earned a total of $140 in kohls cash. Neither time when I was handed my Kohls cash was I informed, I never received an email, or a paper notice letting me know that this grace period was no longer extended. Today I was in the store checking out with my $140 kohls cash, they then informed me of a new policy and refused to accept my kohls cash. There is no longer an in store grace on kohls cash. The store manager was not willing to make an exception. The customer service line and cs supervisor were not willing to assist. This new rule started 3 weeks ago. This is how a kohls rewards loyal customers and those with their store credit cards. Needless to say, my mom was with me and she and I will never go back. I will be returning my school supplies. Maybe another retailer will appreciate my $700 in business.

Not going to lie there are so many things in this store it looks like a thrift store, which is not a bad thing but things are clustered together and it's hard to tell where prices are

Very disappointed and disrespected at my experience with this kohls, i was struggling with an amazon return, and had asked an employee named “Debbie” for help. Not only did she interrupt me numerous times while i was trying to explain how i couldn’t figure out the return. She had a very rude tone and was almost trying to make me feel stupid for not knowing how to do the return or where it was. I hope she was just having a bad day and this isn’t her normal attitude, will not be coming back. Please figure this out.

I know we are in a recession but who can try on clothes when it's 90 degrees in the store? Can't change clothes when I'm sweaty. Store needs some AC!

I'm a recient Widdower and I finely had to, again, go shopping for myself, by myself. It's stil quite an expjerience, but this time an enjoyable one!
You will never guess what I found at the Kohl's near me! A foot measuring device! I haven't seen one of these things in 75 years. I truely needed it to priove to me that I still wear a size 13 shoe!
Earlier, the returns clerk actually looked up the manufacturer of the Item I was trying to return to Kohl's and togeather we dicided where I bought it! That was really helpfull.
Wait, things get even better! I was actually helped by two different "Sales Clerks". Sometimes I think that they are even more scarse then a Foot Measurer! I got 35% discount for getting a Kohl's CC and the promise of an additioinal 35% my receipt when I next visit!! Thanks Kohl's ---I'll be back, for sure!

Today July 13, 2024 I left my dress and shades in the dressing room to go get a different size of the dress I was trying on.
When I came back both my dress and shades were gone.
The dress was thrown in a basket and the shades were gone.
The attendee admitted to removing my items from the dressing room but says she doesn’t know what happened to the shades.
Absolutely terrible experience. Be cautious when shopping here.

Not a real fan of Kohl’s. Very cheap material for clothes and the prices are not that inexpensive. I bought lounge clothes for around the house, but that was it.
