About Lawson Community Association
The Lawson Community features amazing amenities including our clubhouse known as "The Mill House" which is the community events center. We also have two beautiful & relaxing swim complexes, tennis courts, two playgrounds, two fitness areas and almost 5 miles of walking trails within our 558 acre community. We have multiple parks, one featuring our "Heritage Oak" tree. Enjoy living just a few miles from the picturesque and historic Town of Waxhaw, which features a quaint downtown core filled with coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and local retail. Lawson students attend New Town Elementary, Cuthbertson Middle School, and Cuthbertson High School located nearby plus private schools in the area. Welcome Home to Lawson!

Love this place always a great environment. Food trucks community events are kids love the pool area and getting a snack at the store.

We were visiting friends and they brought us by. The kids had a awesome time. We enjoyed ourselves as well. The area was clean and well kept. The poll are had lifeguards who really watched out for everyone. A good time was had by all.
