Saved a ton of money yesterday. Nissan dealership was goingn to charge me $12.00 a piece for door Panel rivets! NAPA charged me less than $10 total for 12 of them!

Oh what a story! At first I went to the big AutoZone next door. I needed new wiper blades for a car inspection. The old, white haired gentleman looked up what I needed n pointed to Aisle 2. That's it. No help. Nada. I already had trouble with Michelin blades bought at Costco not fitting so I was expecting help from this gentleman but was rudely pointed away to Aisle 2 with an abundance of blades. No help so I walked out n decided never to go back to AutoZone ever again. Luckily NAPA was rt next door with a RainGuard silicone wiper sale, the newest blade. I don't know the lady's name but I was floored in her happy hospitality n service after that grumpy AutoZone reception n nonexistent help. I got a better price n best service! I will always recommend NAPA. No wonder even auto repair companies go to NAPA instead bc I saw several, various company pickup vehicles parked out front. I'll not forget this place!

Bought brake light bulb for Honda Civic and it does not fit. Should pop in easily but since it doesn’t fit broke apart wiring plug. Drove back there to return as their website says open to 7 only to find store closed at 6. They are too lazy to update their website with correct store hours and sell cheap aftermarket products that don’t fit only to cause more problems that I originally had. I am willing to bet it’s made in China. I will not make this mistake again because I will go directly to Honda from now on to buy authentic Honda parts. I called Napa auto parts customer service to complain and it takes up to 48 hours for them to get back to you. I am demanding that they pay for a new bulb and plug to be installed at Honda.

I was in a bad way for some parts. Arrived 6 minutes before 7, they already closed. Please, if you close at 7, wait till 7 to turn the lights out and lock the doors.

These people know what they are doing! Forget about Autozone or Advanced. They hire bodies not knowledgeable workers. This Napa location has been there forever and have a very knowledgeable staff. You will leave happy and satisfied the first time!
