We are so incredibly happy with how our Boone looked after his appointment. He is an Australian shepherd and you can't just go anywhere these days. They are professional and give you what you want !! Highly recommend!

I like the convenience of having a place close by to get my cat's nails trimmed, at a reasonable price. The trouble I have had is with how they update their system. I spent a lot of time on the phone with an employee in December, providing all of my information and rabies vaccine documentation (through email). When I arrived for my appointment, none of the info was in the system, and we had to go through the process all over again. Then, when I came in for the next nail trim a few months later, the rabies info was not in the system and I had to find the email I had sent before and get it into their system. Something that should be quick and easy has not been for 2 times in a row. I may need to look someplace else.

I have taken my cavalier here twice. I'm pretty particular on how my baby boy is groomed. The ladies here are very thoughtful and kind. They understand that animals are seen as children. They take very good care of my fur baby!

I definitely recommend Kessla over at Reigning Cats and Dogs! She does an amazing job with my dog. He is a mixed breed with a very thick undercoat that needs to be blown out. She does a fantastic job at deshedding him! He always comes home looking great!

I have a navanese dog. I would really like to write a good review but I am only writing so that dog owners know the real situation about this office. my dog was in the salon 3 times. Eric did everything for him the first two times. my dog is very afraid of all salons. here my dog didn't want to go home. he was fine. we were happy. . the last Saturday, October 8, was just awful. we came to pick up the dog and workers told that our dog was very aggressive and attacked the groomer. we were very surprised. This time we figure out that Eric no longer works he was replaced by a young girl. we apologized for the behavior of the dog and were very surprised. The dog was behaving very strangely at home. very calm. I checked everything and this is what I found. his private part had burnt eyelids in both eyes were scratched on the left side of the thigh, cut very short and it twitches him. I'm not talking about horrible haircut. hair will grow back. Now I understand why my dog behaved this way. If you got so many scratches, would you probably get hurt? salon services are expensive, we paid $83. question For What? now dog owners decide whether to go to this salon or not

Eric is no longer working here. The new lady today had our dogs leash wrapped around his neck 2x because he “was hard to handle”. Eric has cut his nails for two years now with no issues. She also said my golden doodle was not easy to work with, no one has ever had issues with him before. Will not be returning.
