Took in a paint chip from my interior wall and they matched it perfectly. The clerk that helped me was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will be back for more paint.

Came in here trying to buy something as simple as orange paint. The gentleman kept trying to sell me on everything but orange paint. All I wanted was orange paint. Left with nothing except the bad mood. These guys are the worst

Went to Sherwin-Williams today they had customers backed up one person helping customers, and they were incredibly slow. One guy was helping to unload a shipment and basically walked away from the customers who were asking to be helped saying, “Wow, happy Friday to everyone”. So smug. No offer to help at the front. He looked over the customers and said this was the most inconvenient time (to shop?). The most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Absolutely no customer service. Then the worker remarked that he did not feel appreciated. Really? You need to feel appreciated? Drove to Lowes. Was in and out in 5 minutes. Great service and knowledgeable too! Don’t shop at this store!!

Everybody that works here has been incredibly helpful through the painstaking process of painting our house. The colors, brushes and advice provided has been incredibly helpful as my wife and I have taken on the journey of painting our home.

Matt was extremely helpful. I came in with a lid to old paint left by previous owners as well as a small piece cut out of the wall. The old paint was not offered anymore but he was able to match to the piece out of the wall. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some great tips for touching up the wall and how to safely dispose of the old paint.
