Our daughter has been going to TLE Waxhaw since just 2 months old, and we’ve had such a great experience with the entire team. We’ve loved every teacher: Ms. Letresia and Ms. Lisa in Infant A, Ms. Inna in Infant B, and Ms. Lauren in Toddler A have all been amazing. They’ve been so kind, warm, and truly care about the kids. You know your child is in good hands when you can still stop by the Infant rooms just to give hugs to previous teachers.
There are other teachers I haven’t gotten to know as closely since my husband and I alternate drop off and pick up, but we’ve had nothing but positive experiences with everyone here. Every time we pull into the parking lot in the morning, all I can hear is clapping and giggling! That speaks volumes.
We’ve also seen how much they help with development—from first steps to reading, art, playing outside—you name it. And anytime we’ve had a question or small concern, they’ve listened and followed through in a way that makes you feel really supported as a parent.
We’re so thankful for the love and care they show our little one every day!

As a parent, finding a place where your child is not only safe but truly thrives is everything—and The Learning Experience has far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we felt a genuine sense of warmth, professionalism, and a deep commitment to early childhood development with Sam who prepared a amazing presentation of the facility.
The teachers (Mrs.Angie and her assistant teacher) are nurturing, patient, and highly skilled at connecting with children on their level. Our child has blossomed socially, emotionally, and intellectually since joining. We’ve noticed a huge improvement in vocabulary, creativity, and confidence—thanks to their thoughtfully structured curriculum and hands-on learning approach.
What really stands out is how much our little one loves going to daycare every morning. The engaging activities, themed lessons, and even the adorable characters they incorporate into the day make learning fun and exciting.
Mrs. Chinita runs this facility flawlessly she’s absolutely amazing and her ability to remember everything and everyone is unbelievable. Emily’s morning smiles and communication with parents is also excellent.We receive regular updates, photos, and notes, which make us feel involved and reassured throughout the day.

We came to TLE in 2023 after a not great experience at another childcare facility. Everyone at TLE Waxhaw is always so welcoming, helpful, and truly care for each child that walks through the door. Since my oldest has been there, Ms. Elizabeth has had the privilege to move classrooms with him and continue to be his teacher. She is truly one of our favorite teachers in the school and my son talks about her and even her son every day. He's always enjoyed being at TLE, but Ms Elizabeth makes it so much better for him. Also special shoutout to the Toddler Room teachers (Lauren, Trinity, Bri, Catherine) who have helped my youngest thrive in their care and always encouraged him to keep up with the bigger kids in the class! If you're looking for a daycare that give their all to their students, this is the place. We absolutely love this school!

A 5-year-old child met the best teachers and received amazing help here. In just over six months, the child went from not speaking English and not knowing how to interact with other kids to opening up, fluently communicating and playing with them. Now, the child loves going to school. Ms. Angie, Ms. Dunia, and Ms. Kat at the school are fantastic—they’re child experts who understand each child’s personality and needs. The child comes home sharing how the teachers love him, and I think this is the best first place for a child to be away from home.

The Learning Experience has been great for my son Joseph. The staff is great and very accommodating for allowing me to do a early drop off so I can get to work on time. My son has great stories everyday and has made lots of friends which I believe is very important in my child's development. I appreciate everything they have done for my son and family.

We moved in the area last July and was looking at daycare sites for our son. I knew when I walked in the building our son would be ok. Every staff member is so welcoming and accommodating to my family needs. The Learning Experience Waxhaw location location is the BEST!!!!! I get so many compliments about the learning that takes place at this center through my son.

We had a terrible experience at The Learning Experience - Waxhaw. Despite my son being over 3 years old, he was placed in a class for younger children, likely so they could charge a higher tuition.
In just one month of attendance, he was injured twice. The first time, my wife noticed bruises on his face when picking him up. His teacher, Elizabeth, denied that any incident had occurred. Two weeks later, there were several deep cuts and scratches on his face and neck. When I asked for an explanation, Elizabeth was rude and simply handed me an incident report to sign, refusing to provide surveillance video.
Unlike his previous school, where he brought home artwork every day, my son never did any real activities in this class. Instead, he would always come home holding a blank piece of paper, with the teacher vaguely saying it was “ready for a drawing.”
If you care about your child’s safety and development, stay away from this school. There is no live video access, no real supervision, and no proper care for the children.

My daughter has been going to TLE Waxhaw since she was 2 month and it’s been an amazing experience. I’ve loved all of her teachers past and present. Before the age of 2 the toddler B teachers (Bri and Catherine) taught her all her body parts and her teachers now in twaddler A (Bethany and Steph) taught her the abcs song and some of her numbers. She loves her teachers and especially loves Chinita, Emily, and Sam. I love seeing how much she has learned from here and how happy she is coming it every morning.

TLE is a high-quality center that provide a warm and inclusive atmosphere where our children feels cared and supported. The staff are attentive, responsive, and genuinely interested in our children needs and development.

We are so grateful for the team at TLE Waxhaw! Our daughters are learning, growing and gaining independence every day. The programming and scheduled activities are impressive and always well thought out. The school has some of the most caring teachers that our girls (and us) absolutely adore! My daughter has been in TLE since she was 2 years and really likes the place especially Ms Angie.Curriculam is really good and the activities are fun for the kids.Ms Angie takes extra effort in individually paying attention to kids.

Ms. Angie has been a Godsend! My daughter has grown sooo much being with her and learning with/from her! From Ms. Woods, Ms. Sam, and Ms. Emily make the experience from entrance to exit the most! Movie night was AMAZING! We travel from Charlotte to give our daughter this experience and never for a second doubt it! TLE Waxhaw is the BEST and we recommend it to any and EVERYONE! If you truly care about the pre-education of your little one, you will choose TLE Waxhaw for their growth and development and will NEVER regret it!
