Love this store and live the people but to only have one cashier staffed checkout open in the middle of the day is insane. Been in line for 14 minutes and still waiting.... Unacceptable

Whoever runs the pickup service on Satuday night has no idea how to manage deliveries or sprak to customers. Grossly understaffed. I could have personally picked the 6-7 orders myself and loaded them in the time I wated for just my order. There is no system or process being followed.

I've been shopping here recently only because HT can be expensive. I haven't bought and meat here yet. But they sell items in bigger quantities than some of the other grocery stores. I find that overall items are cheaper here. I will continue to get my staple items here. Big and pretty clean store.
