Update: July 6th 2025
This is my last trip. The people you allow to set up outside for domestic violence are rude when people deny them donations. I'm done be harassed every time I go in.
The store is fine, but I'm so tired of being harassed by people wanting donations near the entry of Walmart. I'll shop elsewhere just to avoid it.

I want to give a big shoutout to Mrs. Sharon at Neighborhood Walmart (2520 Cuthbertson Rd. Waxhaw, NC 28173) for her outstanding customer service every Thursday! She is always friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. It’s not every day that you come across someone who genuinely takes the time to assist with a smile. Her positive attitude and professionalism makes my weekly shopping experience so much better. Thank you for going the extra mile — it truly didn’t go unnoticed!

Came to the Walmart in Waxhaw because the one in Monroe, NC didn't have what I wanted. This store was on point.Dawn was most helpful and friendly.

About the worst place I've ever found to buy groceries. They have 16 self-checkouts and only two registers and don't even man both of them.

I was impressed! Store is getting a fresh look, updating a lot of the shelves with new rolling ones that bring the items forward so you don't have to reach for them, remodeling the offices and bathrooms. Can't wait to see the work completed.

Tired of this garbage. You supposedly cut back your hours during Covid to restock yet 4 years later still closing at 11, but stockers appear to be stocking all day anyway. On top of that, tonight 11pm is too late to be open. I work at night and don’t have the luxury of getting to your store at 8 or 9. If you say you’re open till 11, the very least you could do is stay open until 11. I’m assuming it has something to do with your remodel which was supposed to be completely over a month ago.

Purchased bad produce today. In store now and NOBODY can do a refund. Customer Service shuts down at 8 but store open until 10. Manager on break (ha!ha!)
Shopping somewhere else in future.
