Cynthia at the waynesville store was very rude and did not seem to work with my schedule to deliver my washer that had to be repaired. I was called a week ago to set up delivery with no call back, after I called multiple times. Only offered 3pm in tge afternoon as a delivery. I work to 5pm everyday, as do most people. Finally was offered another full week out on Saturday ad a delivery tome but she was very reluctant t offer that. I don't k kw if this lady is just rude in general or if it's because my washer is paid off but still under warranty so she knew it wasn't going to bring her any commission so she didn't care.

These people are amazing... like a family ... VERY genuinely great people... lots of good stuff, some very exciting and interesting products like Bluetooth lamps, cool idea for a store, easy approval, pricing is kinda high but if you really need the stuff and believe in yourself...

I just want to say that my experience with Aaron's on the whole has been phenomenal, most especially because of the great work and extreme diligence, not to mention the wonderfully positive attitude of Amy Greenarch at the Waynesville, NC location. The entire staff there has been nothing but courteous and very considerate in my dealings with them, Amy most especially. I frankly think they all deserve kudos. Every single item they have delivered to me has been of excellent quality and Amy has shown extreme care in her selections for me. I appreciate Aaron's and the opportunity they present to all of us. Their phenomenal customer service makes all the difference in the world. A huge thank you to Amy, Tiffany, Dana, Mark and the delivery guys in Waynesville for making me a very happy, satisfied customer!

My husband has an account with Aaron's. It's very frustrating when Dana changes our due date from when it's due to at least a week early. But what really upset us was today February 26th 2022. Dana sent someone to my house at 9:00am. I was in the shower so I called my husband to get him to find out what was going on. When he called Dana answered the phone was talking over my husband then when my husband asked if he could talk Dana hung up on him. So my husband asked me to call so he could drive to the store. When he got there the doors was locked with the metal gate over it, so he had me call the store so he could go to work. Dana tried saying that we was late that our payment was due on the 15th. We was paid until February 25th so not even really almost a day late. I was trying to explain that to him. My problem is why did he have someone come to my house at 9am before the store even opened??? He really needs to do his job better!!

Only giving a 4 because after waiting so long for my delivery, they were very kind and gentle with my new couch. Even though they didn't have the center connecting peice, I appreciate them. At least you have great workers

I bought a couch and loveseat from here a few years ago that had bed bugs. Once I notified the manager at the time, they closed the store and treated for bugs. It turns out, these couches had come from another Aaron's in a shipment, and had not been inspected properly when they received them. However, they left the couches in my apartment for a week, untreated until they took care of their location. Because bed bugs are so easy to spread around, I had to avoid my own hom
