The gentleman delivering the propane backed into my narrow driveway very carefully and skillfully. He was courteous, cheerful and professional. It's hard to find such excellent employees in today's market. Believe me, I know. I worked in HR. This man is a keeper!

No complaints - if I hadn't looked out my window, I wouldn't have known my propane tank was being refilled. They always fill us before the propane gets low. How do they know???

Was a customer of Waynesville Gas for years. Amerigas took over and it is HORRIBLE. It is impossible to talk to anyone local. When I have tried to call, I always get a horrible connection with someone with a very heavy accent who is difficult to understand. When I try to explain my issue, he says their phone lines run through a computer. Once, the person told me he was in Ohio, which I really doubt. Next time, he said he was in Raleigh. Would never recommend this company.

DO NOT BECOME A CUSTOMER OF WAYNESVILLE GAS. There is no local service representation. Call their number and you talk with someone in India. We finally ran out of gas despite several calls and promises on their end. We had prepaid several thousand dollars for fuel. After a cold night, hard on 76 yr olds, i got a call from Tim in South Carolina who finally arranged for a delivery, which did come. Make sure you have a local number with whomever you deal with. Even Dept of Ag cant reach them for compliance issues.

I ordered gas online as told to do previously. I had to pay then, almost $800 to place order. They gave me an "estimated" delivery time of 2 weeks. That is up in one day and I need gas! Can't get a real person to talk to. I have zero confidence that my gas is coming in one day, if ever. This cold snap has really sucked my meter down and I am getting fumes when using the logs. Gas is my only hear source, this is acceptable and I plan to contact the BBB if I don't get results soon.

What happened to the good old Waynesville Gas Company. AmeriGas claimed that they made improvements to the customer experience. What an over statement. The service is absolutely dismissal. You have to wait on the phone forever. I'm looking for a different gas company. Not worth the aggravation.

Jeremy the service tech is incredible - he is the reason I went with this company. The ladies that worked in the office were spot on! I thought it would be continued great service. For 10 months I’ve been trying to get someone to answer the phone. Like a previous customer I waited on the phone so long the phone hung up. I had to use another company to do the service because I could NOT get a response even thru the emails I sent. Now - I have been scheduled since thanksgiving for a delivery - it’s Jan. 3 and no gas! I have called to check on delivery status and it keeps pushing the date further and further.

Terrible service. We had a generator installed a month ago and have been waiting for AmeriGas to deliver propane to the new tank that powers the generator, refill our other tank and close out the service order.There is no human that answers the phone and you end up being put into Automated Phone hell. I'm building another house in this area and we WILL NOT be using this company. There are other local gas companies that actually care about their customers. We had received great service from Waynesville Gas Until they were purchased by (this company) AmeriGas.

I have been a customer of Waynesville gas for many years. But when they changed to amerigas things went downhill. Lately I've tried to find out the price of propane and you can't find out unless you go on the website and then you have to place an order to find out. There is absolutely no customer service! their price is almost twice as much as other propane suppliers in the county. If you go to their office there are lights on but nobody comes to the door. I've had it and have canceled my service and I'm switching to a much more friendly helpful company. I will never recommend Waynesville gas or AmeriGas to even my worst enemy.
